The life cycle of a butterfly

Today we will get to know each other by playing games and asking questions that will be interesting. I will let you know a little about me first. I have a pet dog named Colby and she is a Yorkie. I have 5 brothers and 1 sister. My favorite colors is purple and blue and i love to eat apples for snack. I also love to look at butterflies.

One of  our lessons will cover nature, where we will have a field trip to the museum of natural science and learn many different. This trip might also lead to a project so make sure not to miss the field trip and pay attention in class.

First day of class jitters are normal. My name is Ms. Pratt and we are going to have a awesome year here in your new 1st grade class. This will be the go to place to find all the information you will need throughout the year.
